ROCK ON GANONDORF

This is an awesome character design! He definitely has the feel of an adventurer who has to survive in a harsh environment. If this were a game I think you could show a lot of his character progression by the shift in his costume. It's interesting how Ganondorf became a lot more armored and polished in Twilight Princess, almost like he broke away from his Gerudo roots. So maybe he starts out as a young prince who cares about his people and is angry at the unfairness of their situation, but gradually loses sight of his original goal until it's just a quest for power and revenge. On the other hand, Wind Waker showed us that when he actually did (sort of) succeed in destroying Hyrule, he almost seemed to regret it. And in Wind Waker his outfit is back to more Gerudo-ish robes. You could probably chalk that up to different art styles between the games, but I like to overanalyze.
Eh, but never mind my rambling. Even if he wasn't a PC, it would be neat to see young Ganon in a game some time!
