Ahhh, I love it! I'm okay with normal walk cycles but as soon as you ask for personality I fall to pieces.
My only critiques would be to quicken her snapping fingers, and to let the legs extend more, so that her whole torso bobs as she moves (instead of just her head bobbing on her extending/contracting neck). Also, arms tend to swing more forward than back (I only just recently learned this, so I'm showing off to you. ).
BTW, you know how to get .mov stuff on here? Like, stuff saved in Quicktime and not done in flash?

I'm not sure about .mov files, but I thought there was an option now on DA to host videos..@.@
If anything the back/torso just seems a little off. It looks like the person's bending forward a bit or something.
But besides that, it looks really good~ A million times better than I could do >> I know that for sure. I amend you for having the patience and skill to do animations XD
